		1 point per ounce on the fish weight.
		Limit
		* 3 fish per person.
		Length Limit
		* From 1993 to 2011,       bass must be 11 inches or greater.
		* From 2012 to present,  no length limit.
		Fish care
		* From 1993 to 2003,       a 1-pound deduction was taken on dead fish (16 points).
		* From 2004 to present,  a 8-ounce deduction was taken on dead fish (8 points).
		Bass Weighed In
		* From 1993 to 1998,      1 point awarded for each bass. (3 points to each tournament, 30 total points).
		* From 1999 to present, 0 points awarded for each bass.
		Tournament Participation
		* From 1993 -  present,  8 points for tournament participation
		* If an anger has 8 points in a monthly bucket, that means he fished but did not catch any fish.
		Guests
		* Guests may or may not be listed in the point standing.
		Blue numbers equal a 1st place win
